With a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, a diverse level of training in counselling and psychotherapy, and registered certifications (Registered Psychotherapist, (Q), Kerri can offer you ethical therapeutic services as an experienced and qualified clinician.
I created this practice to offer a grounded, practical, and holistic approach to therapy. My work brings together evidence-based counselling, mind–body awareness, and a genuine respect for each person’s lived experience. I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, relationship patterns, identity shifts, ADHD-related challenges, perimenopausal transitions, and major life changes with clarity and direction.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in understanding the full context of your life. I draw from attachment theory, trauma-informed practices, and holistic wellness, with the goal of helping you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and create meaningful change that lasts. I value honest conversations, a steady therapeutic relationship, and an approach that honours both your past and your future.
